HUDSON VALLEY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION POUGHKEEPSIE, NY HEADQUARTERS RENOVATION Complete Interior Design services and furniture specifications were provided for a 3-phase project, encompassing 52,000 square feet. Project Designer, Maryann Woods developed 3 interior schemes and design concepts to present to the Board of Directors for approval. The critical issues addressed were updating of the corporate image, design programming and the development of a furniture plan, working within budget, solving workflow challenges, and eliminating downtime during the renovation. The renovation included the modernization of the entire organization, telecommunications and data network systems, and interior finishes and furniture. HVFCU went with a very smart option, remanufactured systems furniture from Davies Office Refurbishing, Inc.  Our design team presented a blend of remanufactured and new components that solved their work flow challenges. The project was completed in time and under budget, and we met our major goal: the Credit Union was fully operation during the entire project. The scope of work was all encompassing and included: Space planning, interior finish selection, NYS code review for all finishes, furniture specification, delivery and installation, interior signage and accessories.  We continue to be their interior design partner and furniture specialist. We have also designed interiors and provided furniture for many of their local branches and training centers. We continue to offer cost saving solutions and fabulous interiors that speak their image from front to back.
